The folks over at Unseen 64 have managed to get their hands on several documents with information on the cancelled Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Curse. Grunty’s Curse began development in 1999 for the Game Boy Color and was eventually cancelled before later evolving into its eventual Game Boy Advance successor, Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Revenge. Grunty’s Curse featured many of the same elements as Revenge such as Bozzeye the Mole, Banjo not remembering his moves, the Tank transformation and several other things; however, it still remained largely a completely different game featuring a totally different story and plot, only a couple of worlds, and so forth.
