I remember it vaguely. At some point when I was still but a young child, I was at my cousins house and they had their Nintendo Entertainment System. I had one as well, but nothing aside from Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt, Super Mario Bros. 3 and Chip N’ Dale: Rescue Rangers ever graced its innards. My cousins had a bit more variety in their NES catalog, perhaps because they were a bit older or maybe more spoiled? I don’t know, but I what I do recall is them having had or rented a title called Who Framed Roger Rabbit?.

I had seen the movie before and had a slight interest in playing the game when I saw it at their house. I played it and had no idea what the heck I was doing. But I was just a kid wanting to play a game and didn’t really care who made it just as long as it was fun. Who Framed Roger Rabbit? was not.

  1. My first was Diddy Kong Racing. Good times, I felt so proud the day I finally got and and defeated Wizpig (first act) and was surprised that the game wasn’t over yet, I was even more proud when I beat Wizpig in the true final race in space!

  2. Hmm… Mine had to either be the original Donkey Kong Country or Diddy Kong Racing. Either way, I spent much more time playing the latter, which remains one of my top 10 favorite video games.
