RFDB October 2015 Poll: What Cancelled Rare Game Do You Wish Had Been Released?

October has arrived so it’s time for a brand new poll! Throughout the years, there has been a number Rare games that were unfortunately cancelled. Those cancelled games are the subject for this month’s poll. Now there are far too many to list them all, so I’ve chosen a select view and added them to the poll in the sidebar for you to vote for which one would’ve liked to have been released.

Last month, I asked how you were enjoying Rare Replay and the majority voted that its everything you expected it to be. Full results posted below…

How Are You Enjoying Rare Reply?

It’s Everything I Expected It To Be (85%, 34 Votes)

I Don’t Really Care For It (8%, 3 Votes)

I Haven’t Picked It Up Yet (8%, 3 Votes)

  1. I sincerely believe Kameo II should have been made, it has such a unique look and changing into the different elemental warriors was a blast! I also feel bad that there wasn’t more character development for Kalus and Thorn, people who just played the game don’t know the real reasons behind the betrayal or the full details.

In the sequel this could have been added if they brought both villains back and gave Kalus a chance at redemption as well as Meepo and Kameo’s brother Cailem.

The only downside is that it would probably be made for Xbox one, not 360, though if a PC version was made, there would be no complaints here :)

Seriously though no game deserves it more since such high hopes and expectations were made for Kameo back when it was first made for the Nintendo GameCube before the buyout. A comic was made and even a movie was planned for the game and if that doesn’t prove how much work was put into Kameo then nothing will.

Microsoft should at least consider making a PC version if they won’t make a 360 version if the game was to be made P:

  2. Banjo X. I know this isn’t banjo threeie but still we need a banjo/kazooie platformer. This is the reason yooka laylee kickstarter was a success
