Fox Remastered To Stardom?

Rumors are circulating from a few well-known and credible “insiders” that Nintendo is currently working on multiple remasters and remakes of games from their GameCube library. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Metroid Prime, specifically, are anticipated to be potentially announced as early as two weeks from now in a new Nintendo Direct. Other games that are being discussed include Pikmin 1, Pikmin 2, and F-Zero GX.

While there hasn’t been any discussion about Rare’s Starfox Adventures from what I’ve seen, I thought this newsworthy here considering it was obviously a GameCube release and Rare’s final new release for Nintendo consoles. I just recently replayed the game for the first time since its release in 2002 and I have to say that nearly 20 years later, the game still holds up graphically quite well. Imagine how much more impressive it would look remastered to a modern day console?

There’s a strong possibility that this won’t happen, of course, but if it does or there are any additional updates on the subject, I’ll be sure to keep you all informed!
